For the past 8 years the Maui Vacation Rental Association (www.MVRA.net) has worked with local government to develop a fair and reasonable approach to regulating Vacation Rentals on Maui.  MVRA is working with the current County Council to develop legislation that will allow vacation rental owners a path to a permit.  We feel that this will benefit all members, and we believe it will benefit our local economy.

Reservation agents and property managers are asked to collect dues from each of their individual clients.

MVRA is a 501 C-6 Corporation. Dues and voluntary contributions are tax deductible as a business expense.

Note: Dues are unrelated to the category of membership. Membership categories will be used during a future election, such that one Director is elected from each of the three categories.  The other two directors are "at large".
