The purpose of this document is to supplement the comprehensive report dated Sept. 26, 2005, entitled Permitting & Regulating Short-Term Visitor Accommodations in Single-Family Dwellings within Maui County (“TVR Report”).  A supplement is required because new or additional information has become available since publication of the TVR Report.

Due to the large size of this report, it is broken up into two sections:
